I went to Paris to forget you.
Took a day trip went after school.
There I met an old friend that I hardly know.
We walked around town and ate macdo.
Can't remember the last time that I truly let go, but maybe I'll get better with time.
Telling myself everyday "I'm in a dream."
It's hard to do, but I can learn.
If this is how I'll write when I'm sad, then I can't wait to see how I write when I'm happy or in love.
I'm gonna tell you what's on my mind,
the thought of you so many times.
It's not the image of you, I've made it fine.
Because you're everywhere from the trees to the breeze.
I sigh 'cause I don't know if it's true.
Is my youth ever wasted because all I have is what I know?
What a shame? I can't wake up.
